With cooler weather moving in and the water temperature in the low 70’s and dropping, the bass and crappie are starting to move into shallower water! Quality bass are being caught in 1ft-4ft of water on shallow crankbaits, rattle traps, and plastic craws and worms. Crappie are moving into 4ft-8ft around brush and wood.
