May 8th, 2017 – Percy Priest

The crappie are wrapping up their spawn and have been easier to catch in deeper brushpiles with Crappie Magnets and minnows. Chartreuse and black have been a productive color when fished on 1/8oz jigs. From the upper end of the lake to the lower end, crappie are being caught in 10-25ft! The bass have been biting VERY well mid and down lake! Topwater lures and soft plastic crawfish in 2ft-8ft of water have been producing. Now is the time to book your bass trip………we are catching 12-25 bass a trip!
