May 2022 Fishing Report

The action continues to stay hot! The bass, crappie and hybrid have moved out and are now being caught in 10-20′. While some fish are still finishing up shallow from the spawn, we are starting to see schools of bass on points and ledges near the main channel! Crankbaits and Alabama Rigs have been great along with soft plastic baits. The crappie have been chomping Crappie Magnet jigs in pearl/chartreuse and blue/green when fishing on a 1/16oz head. Can’t wait for summer!
