We are only 17 days away from March 1st, the kickoff to the 2020 spring fishing season! Currently the crappie, bass, and hybrid are biting! Although the water is currently high the crappie were being caught on Crappie Magnets in 2ft-8ft of water, the hybrid are in the main channel mid lake, and the bass are biting on topwater lures, Alabama Rigs, and rattle traps throughout the lake in 3-8ft. The lake is 2ft above summer pool, but is starting to descend back to winter pool. We are starting to put TONS of ink on the calendar for March and April…….reserve your first trip of the season soon!
